Between Sea and Land brings together the work of Anastasia Syd, Anton Gudzykevych and Mariia Zhurykova, exploring the Mediterranean as a shared space where nature, culture and artistic creation intertwine.
Through diverse artistic practices — painting, photography, sculpture and ceramics — the exhibition offers different perspectives on the relationship between land and sea, landscape and memory, observation and imagination.
The Mediterranean becomes more than a geographical setting: it is a space of encounter, movement and transformation. Each artist approaches this environment from a distinct perspective, creating a dialogue between different materials, forms and ways of seeing.
Presented at GUDZ Gallery in Jávea, Between Sea and Land invites visitors to experience the Mediterranean through contemporary artistic practices and to discover the connections between the natural environment and the human experience.
