Mariia Zhurykova's exhibition “Mediterranean Portraits” arrives at A La Fresca
Vibrant colours, electric contrasts and a visual energy fill the space. Mediterranean Portraits is a celebration of light, nature and the positive attitude of life in the Mediterranean. Between lush backgrounds of leaves and intense tones, the characters emerge with a magnetic presence, capturing the spontaneity of the moment with a touch of irony and freshness. The fusion between the natural and the urban, between the classic and the contemporary, turns each work into a scene full of life, rhythm and expressiveness.
