We ship worldwide. It generally takes 1 business day to prepare and 3−5 days to ship to the Spain, and 10−20 business days elsewhere in the world. We will let you know asap when your item has been sent out (including the tracking number).
Some items get delayed in customs overseas, causing items to arrive later than expect.

We do not accept return or change but it there are any problem with your order please message us (with product photo if possible), we will resolve it immediately.
Please ensure that the shipping address you enter is correct as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit. Refused shipments will not be issued a refund.

Art prints are made from Fabriano 200 g/m² Academy paper and printed with printer HP Latex 330. HP Latex Inks combine the best characteristics of water-based inks. UL ECOLOGO® and UL GREENGUARD GOLD certified inks that meet the highest human health protection criteria.

What makes a print giclée all comes down to the quality of the inks, paper, and resolution of the artwork. Giclée prints are often printed with professional inkjet printers that are able to match color and apply ink precisely to match the original artwork as closely as possible.

Custom orders are highly welcome! If you would like to receive some print with one picture from website or some print is currently unavailable, please send an email request artgudz@gmail.com with image or print information. And we will inform you about the upcoming release dates of the edition.

Please, don’t order mounts and frames before you’ll get the print. This way, you’ll avoid possible imperfections.

Art prints are printed with Latex inks which are meant to last for years. To ensure it’s longevity, it’s best to take care of the prints as best as you can by doing the following:

• Avoid placing artwork in direct sunlight
• Use UV blocking acrylic or glass for framing
• Keep lights off when you’re not in the room
• Avoid any contact with moisture or water at all costs

All items are shipped from Javea, Spain.

All materials used for packaging are 100% recyclable and are often made from recycled materials. Everything is manufactured in Spain.
