Returns:

  • Eligibility: You may return any artwork within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided the artwork is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at artgudz@gmail.com with your order details. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Eligibility: If you would like to exchange an artwork for a different piece, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Process: To arrange an exchange, reach out to us at artgudz@gmail.com with your order details and the item you wish to exchange. We will assist you in selecting a replacement and provide instructions for returning the original artwork.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return and reshipment of the exchanged artwork, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or commissioned artworks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of defect or damage.
